Mynursinglab login problem

**RESOLVED!**
I was able to register to the site, but it is not recognizing the course code that I have. CRSWE1G-11863 or CRSWE16-11863 (not sure if it is a six or a "g" that was on the board). I've tried w/and w/o dashes and it's not working for me. Has anyone been able to sucessfully log in?

    Hi Christine. I, too, have tried various combinations, but no luck. I suppose it's back to the "drawing board."

    I got in- this is the code:
    CRSWEI6-11863
    so lower case it would look like this:
    crswei6-11863
