Welcome to our blog - come in, look around and stay a while. This is a place where we can offer each other support, ask/answer questions and share ideas. We are all in this together, working towards a common goal, so remember that you are never alone no matter how tough it gets. Now that we have graduated, our blog will graduate, too, to support us in our early careers as RNs. So check back in from time to time... Ya hear?

more NCLEX style questions
Hi Everyone, I checked out the CD from the Nursing Student Success (the book that they gave us at the ATI test). I saw that it had a lot of questions available for practice.
Thanks. I also noticed that there are some good ones in the book some of us picked up for the study skills class. Its title is "Test Success -- Test-taking techniques for beginning nursing students" (authors Nugent/Vitale.) There are 35 questions each in various categories. Some of the categories that relate to this first exam include: - Communication and Meeting Patients' Emotional Needs - Meeting Patients' Microbiologic Safety Needs - Physical Assessment of Patients - Meeting Patients' Physical Safety and Mobility Needs
Answers include well-written rationales following each 35-question quiz.
