Signup sheet from Tea for 1st semester students

Hi,
Who has the signup sheet for the 1st semester nursing students from our Tea? I need to get them added to their blog, but it is missing in action. Send me a note if you have it, and maybe you can just drop it off at the nursing office next time you are on campus. Thanks! Christine
