Welcome to our blog - come in, look around and stay a while. This is a place where we can offer each other support, ask/answer questions and share ideas. We are all in this together, working towards a common goal, so remember that you are never alone no matter how tough it gets. Now that we have graduated, our blog will graduate, too, to support us in our early careers as RNs. So check back in from time to time... Ya hear?

Thanks, Trina. That would be a good permanent link to have on our blog. Here's one that Richard Sevilla told us about in our Pharmacology class last spring: "The Auscultation Assistant"

Many thanks, Trina and Sue. Now I know what to hear for when I'm listening.

You're welcome, Malou. The Auscultation Assistant definitely augments the other site, in that it not only offers lung sounds, but it gives a good sampling of heart sounds -- esp. systolic mumors, plus other good stuff like S3, S4, and friction rub. Oh boy!
